I had a a23 ultra repaired it was not done correctly and the back was not glued down well enough and the first time it was in contact with liquid the blue tooth quit working edit: The back glue of a 23 ultra will not just come up it was installed incorrectly and they have no desire to replace something cause by a poor repair
They use the cheapest phone screens for repair
Screen protectors suck. They're cheep so only get them if in a pinch...
