I received my order and the pieces didn't fit correctly. I spoke with Lee in Customer Service. She could not have been more helpful and kind. She assured me that I would get my replacement pieces in a timely manner so that I can meet my deadline and she sent me a label to easily return the pieces that I can not use. I costume 12 shows a year and would use this company again.
