THEY NEVER SENT MY ORDER AND CANCEL IT AFTER I SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING INFO. I should have researched Altra better. Please use a reputable delivery carrier. Will be my first and last time ordering from the Vans site. No tracking updates provided and just got notified that my delivery is delayed after it said it was out for delivery yesterday morning. Use UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or even DHL. These third party delivery carriers are inconsistent and have little to no communication. Due to them not being part of the big 4 carriers they can barely get access to most apartment buildings leading to further delays.
This company is really slacking on the quality of timberland boots. I got 3 pairs of boots in three months, and all were defective. The first pair claimed to be waterproof they were not the second pair was the original 6inch in olive green a couple of days later, the sole around the connection to the upper started delaminating so I contacted customer support they were awesome! they gave me a pair of boots for free of my choice, so i picked the redwood falls moctoe 3 days later.
