We broke down on holidays in July. Took them 11 days to get the part to fix it. They did get us a rental from Enterprise but charged us an extra 30$ a day to what we discussed.
We traveled through Matane PQ recently and required service on our Jeep Wrangler. The folks at Vézina Jeep were very accommodating and helpful! They got us in and out very quickly! Thank you very much, Vincent!!
