Start off by saying Greg ***** is quite the ******** And these people dont stand behind there product's... any of them from the k drills to there ice units... there all cheaply made with nothing but excuses to back them up on why they have issues and not to mention if u do get to talk to anyone ul find out they are not willing to help fix the problem but instead will just point fingers and come up with excuses...
