We had such a lovely experience with Vet West Ballajura! The team was so kind and accommodating, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we felt comfortable when our boy had to undergo a procedure to get a laceration fixed. What really touched us was being allowed to stay with our boy until he woke up from the anaesthetic — a gesture that we as parents appreciated immensely.
