I need a vet for our 10 yrs old beagle Basset for a ear that has a balloon type knot in it...was told it may need drained...but we need to be able to charge the service & pay when my hubby gets his SSDI...at end of April...but we really need help for Luke...thanks...please message me back...I'm. great vet This vet is amazing. They are so helpful when you call, friendly and everyone there is willing to bend over backwards for you. The ladies behind the desk remember you which I find wonderful with all the people they see daily. Never had a bad experience with them.
Good care, nice staff, but they like to charge! I feel that the vet took decent care of my pet, ran all the needed tests, and was respectful of my questions. But when I noticed something wrong with my pet, just a couple days later, the vet would not discuss his condition over the phone, and if I took him in, I would be charged full price for the visit.
