I have a technical problem with my boat thruster that I have exposed to this company. I was suggested to change a part. Finally, this part is a far priority to change when you have this specific problem. They delivered the part much later than promised. The day before I left the country. I tried to cancel the order without success. With unpleasant, sassy sales contacts, without any empathy. This piece will therefore be put at the bottom of a box and will probably never be used.
