I have never had a worse experience. Dr Heard was rude and had a large chip on her shoulder. I feed my cat a high quality grain free can food. She said "that's not good" Ok tell me what you prefer? she had no desire to impart knowledge just to make sure I knew she had all the answers. Only she didn't, couldn't diagnose the issue. And when she found out my funds were limited and I wanted to try less invasive approaches first. That's when her attitude got even worse. I was very excited to work with Vetted and had an appointment scheduled, but unfortunately I had to change the appointment when I found out that they were unable to provide an X-Ray for my dog who had a limp. I was then charged a $99 cancellation fee, even though the appointment would not have been able to help my dog Bear's severe limp. Such a shame that they were not more understanding! I attempted to explain the situation but was sadly not accommodate.

Love Vetted for my cats. Dr. Heard is our vet and she’s simply wonderful. So is her technician, April. My cats are not nice to strangers but these two really have a way with them.

While I appreciate them coming and giving my dog medicine, they ran labs that were very expensive without first telling me the price and I could have gotten the medicine even without going through with the labs. I would make sure that if they do tell you they want to run labs, that you ask the price first and that they whole thing is transparent.
