Very transparent, communicative, fair and friendly. One of the best experiences I had buying anything. Bought a Yamaha r6 and was super informative about the bike. Even serviced the bike before handing me the keys. Even offered to help if anything were to go wrong with motorcycle. The bike was very clean as well. Would recommend anyone looking to buy a motorcycle to buy from here. One of the best experiences.
