My experience was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional conduct during mediation. At one point, Nicole made a comment about my income saying, “my 15-year-old makes more than that,” which I found inappropriate and disrespectful. Mediation should be a neutral and respectful space, especially given the sensitive nature of these situations. Unfortunately, that standard was not met.
