I cannot thank Dr. Mark, Mel and the rest of the team at VetSurg enough. My dog Teto had an incredible hip replacement with Mark, the surgery was done beautifully and she barely even has a scar. The post-operative care was amazing as well, Mel was always there to answer the phone when I had questions and even when Teto had some problems over the weekend Mark took the time to personally email me to help look after her. I could write a 500 page review on my experience with Mark, Mel, and the team at VetSurg. When my dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis at a young age, we were almost left on an island - where we had no sound advice whatsoever, and I had to do all the research myself. The team at VetSurg was incredible throughout my dog’s 12-week journey after a hip replacement. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care. They kept me updated with regular phone calls and even sent pictures while she was in over night care, which really helped ease my mind. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about my dog’s recovery. I’m so grateful for their support and expertise—thank you!
