I could write a 500 page review on my experience with Mark, Mel, and the team at VetSurg. When my dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis at a young age, we were almost left on an island - where we had no sound advice whatsoever, and I had to do all the research myself. The team at VetSurg was incredible throughout my dog’s 12-week journey after a hip replacement. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care. They kept me updated with regular phone calls and even sent pictures while she was in over night care, which really helped ease my mind. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about my dog’s recovery. I’m so grateful for their support and expertise—thank you!

Dr Ken and Eloise have been very caring toward my cat Steve who presented last Sunday unable to pass Urine.The Ultrasound and prescribed medication did help but after a follow up with his own Vet Dr Charlie on Wednesday ,we found out he has a very painful UTI, thankfully he is slowly on the mend.Not a nice experience for him or us,very concerning for all.I am grateful for everyone's well-wishers.The best part about this Emergency Vet is that it is in Cannington, we're in Belmont not far to go and just Behind Dan Murphy.
