I had to bring my sister's dog in for an urgent visit on Saturday and had a really positive experience. Taylor was kind, patient, and reassuring, and Dr. Karen Holm was thorough, compassionate, and clear about what was going on and what we needed to do next. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional, which meant a lot during a stressful situation. I really appreciated how well the team communicated and the care they gave both my sister's dog and me. Thank you!

Great experience! My dog needed to be seen for a minor infection and his normal vet was fully booked all weekend. The staf was very friendly, attentive and we got great care quickly and my dog is already doing better!
My husband and I had to take Our precious boxer Logan 3 weeks shy of his 15th birthday urgently and unfortunately to be put to sleep on 9/12/26. I wish I could remember the names of the 3 beautiful angels who helped our baby to find comfort from his suffering. We were devastated and inconsolable to have to make this decision. I cannot thank Hollymead Veterinary Hospital enough! My puppy Teddy developed a cough right before a trip, and my regular vet couldn't see him for a week. Hollymead fit us in for a Saturday urgent care visit, treated Teddy, and thoughtfully recommended medicine for my senior dog Chloe just in case. The staff was so kind and caring. Teddy is doing great now, and I am so grateful for the wonderful care!
