We have now brought our Border Collie to Hollymead three times, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. During our first visit, the staff appeared professional and compassionate, which is the only reason we gave Hollymead additional opportunities. However, that initial visit resulted in a $938 charge with no real treatment provided—only a referral. We really appreciate the care and love you guys show Olaf. We know with every visit he is well taken care of no matter what services he will be getting that day.
