Just got off the phone with Will and let's just say I'm not impressed with the customer service I received from your company especially since IHS paid for the services and I'm an elder. Pictures attached. I was told I was lucky they got it done before the rain, and that homeowners are responsible for the dirtwork. Just letting y'all know what to expect after the install.
JEREMY knows septic systems. I appreciated the time he took to explain and show the operation of my septic system that I have had problems with. He did a great job servicing my septic system. He deserves a raise.
