I hold any business providing a service to what they say and if your website says walk in that means walk in and if you don't accommodate walk-ins that is why you only get a three stars and I'd rather just go somewhere else and pay extra 20 because the expense was expended and I still was not seen. If you do not take walk-ins at a pop-up vet clinic it should be listed on the website. Or at least a statement saying that there is no guarantee of a walk-in. I had an emergency veterinary experience at a clinic owned by Vets Pets that was deeply concerning. After being told to bring my cat in immediately for respiratory issues, we waited over 2.5 hours with no diagnostics, no reassessment, and no vital checks. We were then told to wait hours more and ultimately expelled from the facility in cold weather without proper care or transition. This reflects serious communication, staffing, and patient safety issues at corporate-level clinics.
