Vets one are amazing! They see my mini zoo of pets and Cole always goes the extra mile to help out any pet. After a bad experience at a vet in Napier this clinic was a breath of fresh air. No more anxiety prior to vet appointments as I know they’re honest about what they know and what they don’t know and aren’t just after your money, they genuinely care about your pets.
I cannot thank this vet clinic enough for saving the lives of the two dogs, Bella and Wyatt. From the moment we arrived, the care and professionalism were outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond for us during one of the scariest times we’ve ever faced. Very good when managing end of life for two of our pets - clear but compassionate. Five stars if vets weren't so expensive.
We recently changed veterinary clinics due to location and registered with VetsOne. At our first appointment, I informed the vet that we were there for a general check-up and our dog’s annual vaccinations and medications. At our previous clinic, this always included the kennel cough vaccination along with others such as parvovirus, if required. The vet advised that one vaccine would need to be given a month later due to timing, which was reasonable. I returned the following month, my dog received the vaccine, and we left. Sh... read more
