My little kitten was seen by these guys and they’re the best. Dr. Gjokaj is phenomenal
This is my very honest opinion. The place is cute, and the staff was very friendly and sweet, but I was extremely disappointed with the veterinarian. The doctor seemed afraid of my cat and clearly did not know how to interact with her. Because she was uncomfortable handling my cat, she blamed me for not giving my cat medication beforehand to calm her down. I have been to three other veterinary clinics, and the doctors and staff always knew how to handle my cat properly without making me feel like I was the problem. She is ju... read more
My cat had a broken leg and they were amazing with both treatment and communication
Staff was very knowledgeable and caring with my boy. They took the time to answer any questions and concerns throughly and with empathy.
If you are going for a regular checkup and bloodwork this place is okay and staff are friendly, but if you have a sick pet and it is not clear what is going on with them stay away from here unless you want to spend couple of grands on a bunch of tests and not get any answers other than a template email each time from the vet and being told that they are not sure what is going on and several things might be possible and you have to redo the tests and pay them couple of more grands in couple of weeks.
