I brought in my senior dog for a last minute check up as she was in pain from arthritis. Dr.Hernandez conducted the most thorough exam and Jennifer was equally detailed, compassionate and patient. As a family new to the area, it’s reassuring to have found a place that truly gives our dog Lily the time and care she deserves. I want to thank the entire team at Vets on the Hudson for their support, compassion and care.
I had such an amazing experience at Vets on the Hudson in Edgewater! Dr. Gjokaj and her team are truly incredible. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this is a group of women who genuinely love what they do and treat every pet with so much care and respect. I chose Vets on the Hudson because it’s veterinarian‑owned, and I wanted to support a private practice instead of a corporate chain. Unfortunately, the experience has been no different from Bond Vet or any other high‑pressure, high‑billing clinic.They charge for absolutely everything. Even a quick demonstration on how to clean my dog’s ears — something that took a few minutes — came with a fee. Any time I try to book a simple tech appointment, they push it into a full exam so they can bill more.The upselling is constant and ... read more
A wonderful experience. The team was very polite, gentle, and loving with my cat, which meant a lot to me. They also took the time to give me a lot of helpful information and guidance for traveling with my pet to Argentina. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend them!
