Yesterday my girl Gyspy ( groodle ) had to have a growth removed from her neck .I a totally blown away by the staff , her treatment and updates were outstanding throughout the day . Dr Emily and staff thankyou for the 10/10 service . We wouldn’t go anywhere else . Thankyou again
I went here yesterday with my cat for her vaccination. I’ve been here before and my dog goes here. They have been great in the past. We were a little upset after yesterday’s appointment. The vet we saw is kind and helpful and I’ve seen her before. I was happy to see her again. Unfortunately though, when I asked her if she could look at lump under my cats chin, she got clippers and cut off most of my cats whiskers on one side of her face. After travelling back and forth from Werribee to see my go to vet, decided to transfer here and very happy with that choice! Bonus that these guys are just up the road from me too! These guys have been exceptional to deal with, receptionists are very polite and welcoming not just to my Greyhound, but to us as well. They’re also very patient with him as he gets pretty shaken up at the vets and just wants to go home.
