Really disappointed at our recent experience with the geelong west vet. My wife took our four year-old Cockerspaniel here on a Saturday at 10:30. She had her C5 injection. I got home and noticed she was extremely unwell lying on her side, Not wanting food or water When I called to speak to them granted on the phone she was lovely and they did offer in their defence to bring her straight back in but I had some other work commitments. The Geelong West staff are wonderful compassionate people who were so caring to our boy Beau over the last few years. They helped us navigate an awful time recently when he had to be put to sleep. They were very caring during and after and for that, when we are ready for another pet we know who we will entrust for their care.

I would not recommend this practice. They were negligent in the care of my dog, leading to his untimely death. The policies and procedures were not followed by their incompetent vets/nurses. I urge anyone currently taking their animals to this vet practice to request all tests results and review them. Our dog suffered greatly at the end of his life due to their negligence.
