We were recommended Dr Karen and are so glad we found her and Vets In The Village! From our very first consultation, we instantly felt at ease. Our girls are usually quite anxious at the vet, but the whole team went out of their way to make them feel comfortable. What really stood out to us was the transparency room. Can’t speak highly enough of Vets in the Village! We were already planning on moving our westie Louie’s care to Vets in the Village as it is so convenient for us and we’d heard amazing things, but this came sooner than expected when Louie had an injury yesterday. The team were able to fit us in and made us feel so, so welcome at our first appointment this morning. Our dog Nicole had an awesome visit at Vets in the Village. The team were incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We felt completely at ease and well looked after. Highly recommend!
All staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. They were well prepared and answered all my questions with their endless knowledge. I felt very comfortable and that my puppy was well taken care of, and it was easy to see how they truly adore animals and have their best interests in mind.
