We were recommended Dr Karen and are so glad we found her and Vets In The Village! From our very first consultation, we instantly felt at ease. Our girls are usually quite anxious at the vet, but the whole team went out of their way to make them feel comfortable. What really stood out to us was the transparency room. All staff were extremely lovely and welcoming. They were well prepared and answered all my questions with their endless knowledge. I felt very comfortable and that my puppy was well taken care of, and it was easy to see how they truly adore animals and have their best interests in mind.
This was our first visit to Vets in the Village with our nearly 14-year-old Shih Tzu cross, Saphy. She has multiple health conditions and needs a lot of special care, so finding the right vet was very important to us. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming.
