Thank you Dr Ellen and the amazing staff at Vets in the Village for looking after my precious boy T.Rex. Your approach to veterinary care is truly one of a kind. This was our first time visiting the clinic for an initial consultation, followed by a dental procedure. Dr Ellen spent a considerable amount of time explaining the blood test/x-ray results, and provided regular updates as the teeth cleaning progressed. We recently moved to St Lucia and were lucky to find Vets in the Village during an emergency. Our dog was bitten by something at the park and was experiencing a traumatic reaction for us and the dog. It was quite late in the afternoon and we needed a find a vet close by that was open. Vets in the Village let us bring her straight in and stayed open late to treat her. This vet is truly the best I've been to across three different countries (USA, NZ, and Australia). I've never met a more compassionate and caring staff that takes care of the needs of all animals regardless of their age. My boy Banksy is 15 and in declining health. Sometimes I see a hesitation around older dogs as they are less spry and active and frankly, don't do all the cute puppy stuff. But they showed a care for him that I've never seen. Marley had his teeth cleaned today, and the results are impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing top-notch customer service throughout the visit. It’s clear that they truly care about the pets in their care. Marley had a great experience 😌

Vets in the Village is by far the best veterinary practice we've attended with our dogs. We've had a number of dogs over the last 26 years and now have two puppies. Puppy school run by Ellen and Anna was excellent. Our puppies are so well cared for in this clinic no matter whether for a check up or recently for desexing. The attention to detail in every aspect of this vet practice is exemplary. All the staff go over and above to ensure the visit to the vet is a great experience for the doggies and for the owners!
