The care team at Vets in the Village is incredible. Since adopting her, she has had bile duct issues and asthma. Over the last several months, we’ve been in and out of the clinic with our little BudBud. The team at VITV have been able to accommodate both her needs and ours. At some points, we were not sure if BudBud would make it. But with their professionalism, care and support she’s a very strong and healthy cat. I highly recommend anyone who needs general care of their animals go to VITV.
We had a wonderful first experience at Vets in the Village!!! Dr Karen is very knowledgeable and was the sweetest with my little girl. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional service. We didn't feel rushed and everything was explained in great detail as well as preventative measures we can take in the future. I also wasn't charged thousands on expensive products. I totally recommend them.
Vets in the Village is a beautiful and patient centred veterinary clinic. The care and communication from Dr Karen and Anna and the rest of the team has been outstanding, supportive, and professional every time I have visited! One of my senior dogs, June, recently underwent a dental with Dr Karen. The team caring for June communicated with me the whole day she was in the surgery and recovery. We were recommended Dr Karen and are so glad we found her and Vets In The Village! From our very first consultation, we instantly felt at ease. Our girls are usually quite anxious at the vet, but the whole team went out of their way to make them feel comfortable. What really stood out to us was the transparency room.
