We were recommended Dr Karen and are so glad we found her and Vets In The Village! From our very first consultation, we instantly felt at ease. Our girls are usually quite anxious at the vet, but the whole team went out of their way to make them feel comfortable. What really stood out to us was the transparency room. We used it for Harper’s surgery and it made all the difference. We were able to stay with her until she drifted off to sleep and be right there when she woke up. Throughout the whole process, we were kept info... read more

Can’t speak highly enough of Vets in the Village! We were already planning on moving our westie Louie’s care to Vets in the Village as it is so convenient for us and we’d heard amazing things, but this came sooner than expected when Louie had an injury yesterday. The team were able to fit us in and made us feel so, so welcome at our first appointment this morning. While he is pretty good at the vet, I don’t think I’ve seen him as comfortable as he was in the care of Dr Ellen especially considering he was in a bit of discomfo... read more

This was our first visit to Vets in the Village with our nearly 14-year-old Shih Tzu cross, Saphy. Everyone took time to speak gently to Saphy, helping her feel calm and safe — so much so that she even christened the floor! 😅 Dr Karen conducted a thorough and compassionate examination, asking detailed questions about Saphy's history while giving... read more

I’ve brought my cat here a few times and always felt the team genuinely cared. The vets take time to explain options clearly without pushing unnecessary treatments. Prices are fair for the level of attention given. The waiting room can get busy, but overall, it’s a reliable clinic.

This vet is truly the best I've been to across three different countries (USA, NZ, and Australia). I've never met a more compassionate and caring staff that takes care of the needs of all animals regardless of their age. My boy Banksy is 15 and in declining health. Sometimes I see a hesitation around older dogs as they are less spry and active and frankly, don't do all the cute puppy stuff. But they showed a care for him that I've never seen. I was greeted by Jasmine and she got down on the floor and just talked to Banksy... read more
