I am very grateful to this vet. I called on the day hoping there was a cancellation and there was and they immediately booked me in. I was also concerned because my mum couldn’t speak English but the receptionist was kind and understanding. My mum had a smooth experience and at the appointment there was a vet who can speak mandarin, and my German shepherd is now recovering fast. Thanks for the prompt and considerate experience. Shout out to the amazing receptionist and the vet who helped my mum and dog!
