Vets in Cranbourne are the best!! The staff are so caring and attentive to all variety of pets (and human) needs and everyone clearly loves animals so much it shows in their practiceevery day. Originally (17 yrs ago) we picked this practice for cost but soon found the owner had kelpies and loved our dog, although it changed hands many years ago we never really noticed as the staff provide the same love for our dogs every year. Have been seeing Dr. George for several years. My dogs have always felt comfortable with him and his team, never had any issues. Always excited to see friendly faces even in hard circumstances. I love how much the whole team care for my dogs as if they were their own.
I honestly can't thank Vets in Cranbourne enough. When my cat fell seriously ill, a nearby vet cancelled my appointment simply because I was five minutes late,despite already knowing, based on what I’d told them, that his condition was critical. I didn’t even know how bad it was at the time, but they should have. I was panicked, heartbroken, and desperate. I could not recommend this clinic more! Both the vets and nurses are so compassionate, and always listen to my concerns no matter how silly. The care they show my dog is like he is their own. I trust them completely with his care no matter the situation. Dr George is always extremely respectful of my preferences while providing the upmost care and recommendations fort dogs care.
