I had to take my cat to Vets ER on New year's day. She was seen very quickly despite them being busy and it not being a life threatening issue. She was treated quickly too. They were also very quick at liaising with my insurance resulting in a fast payment from them. Thank you!

Excellent care for my senior husky. I am shocked by the negative reviews but am guessing that the many who have had a positive experience have not left a review. Unfortunately, my dog was ill enough that I required VETS ER services on 4 separate occasions over the last 5 months. Not only were they incredibly helpful and supportive, but the care they gave my dog was very good. They nursed her back to health and kept me informed. I took my rabbit to my normal vet on friday 24th where she was admitted. After collecting her at 6.30pm the vet advised that if she declined in health or didn't perk up then to call VETSER as they would have to give her another injection. 9.30pm came and my rabbit still wasn't moving and i couldn't get her to take her recovery food. I called VETSER and was told there was no "magic wand to syringe feeding" and that they couldn't do anything. Ive had to use this service twice in the last week, both times the service was very good. The first time was for a wound to one of my dogs paw the service provide was very good and proffesional. The 2nd time was for my other dog who was very ill the advice given for free helped us get our dog through until the morning until we could get to our own vet practice. Many thanks❤.
