Avoid at all costs! I wasn't there when the tech first showed up but my employee was and he told her it would cost $450 to replace some parts (could of bought a whole new toilet for that price). So he changed some parts then I showed up right when he finished. So I paid him, despite the outrageous price. The next day the same problem was still occurring. They came back out for free but in the end all that was needed was a new flapper to stop it from constantly running water which should be $100 job? I know inflation is real,... read more
