This business is fantastic! They charge half the price my vet does, and they text you back fast. One of my dogs prescriptions got lost, and I filed a service request with USPS. I told VetRX Direct I would be ordering another bottle of her medication soon, because USPS lost my package. VetRX Direct insisted on sending me a new bottle for no charge. I’ve been buying my dog’s prescriptions from VetDirectRx for a while now and it’s consistently the lowest price I can find online. I’ve placed over 10 orders, and only had an issue once—they immediately made it right and even sent overnight shipping at no cost. Every package arrives quickly, and I love that they include a homemade dog treat with each order! Reliable, affordable, and thoughtful—highly recommend!

I have, so far, had a decent experience with this mail order pet pharmacy. The shipping is fast, once approval is given by your veterinarian. This approval could take two or three days or more. If a veterinarian chooses to not respond, the order eventually gets cancelled. One drawback I have found, is with subscription shipping. The minimum order for free shipping is $59.
