This business is fantastic! They charge half the price my vet does, and they text you back fast. One of my dogs prescriptions got lost, and I filed a service request with USPS. I told VetRX Direct I would be ordering another bottle of her medication soon, because USPS lost my package. VetRX Direct insisted on sending me a new bottle for no charge. I’ve placed over 10 orders, and only had an issue once—they immediately made it right and even sent overnight shipping at no cost.
