I’ve placed over 10 orders, and only had an issue once—they immediately made it right and even sent overnight shipping at no cost. Every package arrives quickly, and I love that they include a homemade dog treat with each order! Reliable, affordable, and thoughtful—highly recommend!

I have, so far, had a decent experience with this mail order pet pharmacy. The shipping is fast, once approval is given by your veterinarian. This approval could take two or three days or more. If a veterinarian chooses to not respond, the order eventually gets cancelled. One drawback I have found, is with subscription shipping. The minimum order for free shipping is $59.
