VetRxDirect is really great! They are so thorough about following up and making sure you get your prescriptions on time. This is a great service.
I have, so far, had a decent experience with this mail order pet pharmacy. The shipping is fast, once approval is given by your veterinarian. This approval could take two or three days or more. If a veterinarian chooses to not respond, the order eventually gets cancelled. One drawback I have found, is with subscription shipping. The minimum order for free shipping is $59. Great pricing and customer service. My order got returned and they overnight delivered for me and even let me change the amount of pills due to bad news from the vet and gave me a refund for the difference no extra charge.
