Today we had to say goodbye to our family cat after 17 years. VetPlus Taupo came to our home and were so kind, gentle, and understanding. They made such a heartbreaking moment a little more bearable and we’re so grateful for the care and compassion they showed us and her. Thank you Ashleigh & assistant 🪽🐾
Great staff that are awesome at building relationships. Great appointment availability both in clinic or on farm. Excellent communication if farm visit is running late. Excellent stock of medications. Good stock of all products for pets or farm stock.
Huge thanks to Vet Plus, who agreed to see my in laws elderly dog after hours, when his own vets wouldn't despite him suffering. As we expected it was time for him to be put to rest after deteriorating rapidly overnight. They did more for Tazz than his own vets would and went about it all professionally and with compassion even tho we werent their customer. Will be switching vets. Thank you. RIP Tazz
