Great place to go my dog. I recommend it to any Whanau.
The vets are amazing we have been going 6 years. In last three months two of our cats have passed away. The reception ladies remember us each time we walk in. They remembered our cats and showed genuine remorse towards us in helping with cremation of our cats. Always feel the love when going through these hard times
When i had to my cat to sleep they where very supportive they lent me some tissues and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved cat thank you very much for all your support best vet ever
Julie was awsome! I called from Overseas - Trying to sort my mums cat - I called 5 vets trying to find where the cat might have been seen in Rotorua - My last call was to vet plus and Julie or Julia was fantastic, Friendly and so helpful the only one out of all 5 vets that actually cared and genuinely tried to help me!
