Received a tool pouch as a gift. Had a couple small issues within the first year that I asked to be fixed. Was refused warranty because I didn’t have proof of purchase. These products come with a premium price tag. Bad enough the small issues arose, but even worse that I was told I’m out of luck. Can’t support a company like this.
I placed an order back in December 20th 2025 in the amount of $167.76 for a case and backpack my husband wanted for Christmas. And have yet to recieve my package. Called & also emailed Veto Pro Pack customer service with questions regarding my package .And was told I should have paid for secure delivery apond check out I didnt even see this option.I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company and if you do look for the secured delivery option.Horrible customer service .And no resolution for my missing package .Besides this... read more
