Don’t let your vet send your pet’s biopsy here!! Sample sent on 19/5 and we didn’t get the results back until 12/6 and that’s with the vet’s office staying online for 1.5hours to get that report emailed!! My experience with this company regarding an essential toxoplasmosis test for my cats has been extremely frustrating. According to their published guidelines, toxoplasmosis tests are conducted on Mondays and Thursdays, with a stated turnaround time of results being available by the end of the testing day, provided samples arrive by 5 PM the day prior.
