(This review is based on a short phone conversation. It is not a review of veterinary services.) I spoke to Dr. Kraus on the phone while looking for someone to provide at-home euthanasia for my cat. Unfortunately, I was confused and put off by her tone, which I found to be unfriendly to the point of feeling rude. Came for a euthanasia, was very glad to have this vet for our old heeler boy. Experienced, no nonsense approach, with all the compassion needed. So appreciated having her available.
Compassionate, in-home care for our cats for 20+ years
Making veterinary care easier... No need to worry about carriers and struggling to take your pets to the vet when the vet comes to your house. We have multiple pets at any given time. Currently our lot includes 5 cats and a dog. We like the ease of getting an appointment when we need one. There are no protests, and no panic from our pets (although we generally corral them into a small room before the vet arrives).
