I couldn’t begin to say how wonderful Michelle is. Between the patience she offers, giving a gentle understanding of the process, being so compassionate to our dog / giving her some love and to us, knowing how difficult a decision like this is to make. Michelle was wonderful. Very reassuring and supportive during one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I called her on a Monday morning and she was able to come that afternoon to end my dogs suffering peacefully at home. She did not rush us saying goodbye and handled it all with such care and compassion. I’m so glad I did not have to bring my dog back to the vet after so many appointments in her last few weeks. I can’t begin to explain how much I love and appreciate this amazing company. I know our 17yr old Rosie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge calm and happy because of the dedicated staff here. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would- my family had to come to the incredibly hard decision to put our almost 15-year-old family dog down. Michelle was incredible, patient, and calming. She walked us through every step of the process. She brought a lot of peace to a situation that felt impossible. Above and beyond! I can't begin to put into words how pleased my wife and I are with every aspect of the service, care, kindness, compassion, respect, personal care, empathy and sympathy vetmedics provided us during the hardest time in our lives.
