This has been a very long time coming to leave Dr Watkins and his daughter Amber a review. I'm Alicia... I HAD 2 labs... Tessa and Beau. They both had Laryngeal paralysis in their air way. Dr Watkins was most knowledgeable in this area. As I googled and educated myself on this horrible disease. Dr Watkins took such awesome care of Beau... Tessa had already passed away from the disease. VetMed is my go to for when things get complicated with my fur babies…it’s also where I send complicated patient cases (I’m in the animal medical field). I call them the “veterinary detectives” because they are so good at figuring out what’s wrong. They saved my dog’s life two years ago when we discovered he had an aggressive gum tumor that could only be removed by amputating half of his mandible. THANK YOU Dr Tucker and the team for providing an exceptional care to my beloved Kiah!!! I was referred to Dr Tucker by an orthopedic vet for consultation and possible CT scan. Kiah was fasting for the consult so during the consultation Dr Tucker offered to work Kiah in for the CT scan to save Kiah from another day of fasting. Unfortunately Kiah was was not very cooperative on getting the IV catheter and the whole situation stressed her out.
