DO NOT GO!!!!!!! The hospital looks fancy but people are extremely unprofessional, I understand this is an emergency hospital therefore when people rushed in with their animal, everyone required urgent care. But then! if you don’t have the time, let us know immediately rather than keep saying we will be with you shortly!!!! I was hoping to have immediate care for my extremely sick cat, but they left us waited for HOURS!!!!! We eventually left the hospital without seeing anyone. These people focus on profit rather than animal... read more

Thank to all the Vets and Staff at Vetland Mitcham you are all the most kindest, professional and compassionate team and Frankie has been so blessed to be treated by you all. I cannot express my gratitude to you all, you are a rare find in this opportunistic world of Vet care that l have had previous experience with. Your care with Frankie has been exceptional and l will shout your name in praise wherever l can . I’ve had many beautiful fur babies and visited many vets but this place is by far number 1 highly recommend their... read more

I would strongly advise against taking your pet to Vetland. My dog was visibly terrified after her visit and refused to go back inside, which speaks volumes. The staff, particularly the men, were extremely condescending and rude, making me feel belittled. I have also heard concerning reports about a worker named Vish allegedly mistreating animals. This establishment seems more focused on profit than on the well-being of the pets in their care. For the sake of your pet’s safety and health, I urge you to avoid this place.

I was immediately meet by the concierge who took my details and ushered me to a seat. The hospital didn't appear to be busy, I expressed my concern over possible bloating. The dogs condition over the coming 45mins continued to deteriorate, vomiting and unbeknown to me aspirating the vomit. After 45mins I enquired as to how much longer I would have to wait and was given no definitive answer, certainly no one had ... read more
