This place is absolutely miserable. Only thing they are good at is malpractice. Brought my dog in for shots and got charged for them. No record was ever made. Stupid front desk worker was worthless and didn't help in the slightest. You'd have better luck in doing it yourself over bringing your pet here.

I am so glad the elk river VetIQ is open again. They are always so friendly, kind and efficient. I never worry about the cost being unreasonable, or a long wait. I love that I know the care my pet gets is too notch. Special thanks to the tech working on Saturday (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name). She we out of her way to help with a medication shipping issues and it’s very much appreciated!

Never again. Walked out. Went in for kennel cough and itching and they refused to give us any medications due to coughs and itches mostly at night and she didn't do it at vet. They refused to listen to owner.

This service is a critical support service for animals that need to be seen but aren't qualified for urgent or emergency care, and yet cannot wait the multiple weeks it takes these days to get into a regular vet.... and yet, their service hours are completely unreliable. Store hours have been significantly reduced and even then, they're locked up during their scheduled hours, while still showing open on their website.

I hope the Elk River location is not closing! We loved utilizing VETIQ when we could!
