ABSOLUTELY THANKFUL!!! TO Dr. Tensen and Lisa!!Two angels! I had an emergency with my dog Neo and I was desperate! No one would attend us but they saw us and gave us outstanding care, love and support!
Dr. Tenner and the staff is amazing. However, corporate support and customer service is a complete joke. They told me to fill my heartworm medication under one dogs name, as I have two. I went to refill under my others dogs name and was told I had 'lost' 6 months of refills due to ordering under my other dog. Now I have to pay for another appointment for medicine that I should just be able to order. Customer support said they would not be offering coupons or discounts to offset the price of their mistake.
