The hours are what get me they are open once a week. It makes it hard. But the one time we were seen the were very nice and knowledgeable.
Never open when they say they will be and you don't find out till the night before.
I have pending a sample for parasites and a vaccine. What am I going to do if it's closed?
Had to stand outside for 2 hours waiting to be seen asked if I could come back later and they said I would still be checked in and then wouldn't see me because of an additional 2 hour wait. Asked when I can come back the next open business day and was told I don't know. With all the people and crazy going on there my Pet probably wouldn't have received proper care anyway. Going to be finding my pet somewhere we don't have to wait 5 hours and don't know when they are going to be open. Ridiculous.
