I’ve never heard of this vet so I took my dog Thor here a few years ago and never stopped going, the staff Super friendly, the services they give is excellent and it’s really nice that they break it down on what the services will cost and if it’s in your budget, I’m glad that they explain what they did to help out your friend and they are so chill with your pet!! Also what I like is no appointment necessary and after all services are done they are very affordable and for sure in my budget I highly recommend going to VetIq

Web site for Elk River said open and when we got there after driving 35 minutes with a crying puppy...it was closed.

This place is never open. Pay your workers more so you can re-open. Major staffing issues.

When I first went there they did great. But since, I would give them zero stars. But it’s not possible. They have not been open 4 times when I tried to get care. And NO ONE answers the phone or calls back. Very unprofessional. But I’m stuck paying for the full year. They get the. Money, but I get nothing, bad bad deal.

We walked in as they were about to close instead of being sent away they took their time to examine our dog. They were Very professional and helpful!
