I am beyond angry. I was at first pleased that they were able to get my 17week old kitten in day of for his eye problem. They did a stain(no scratch) and sent him home with an eye drop. It is now 6 days later and his eyes have not improved after looking at the drops more closely they prescribed me expired eye drops. Don't worry I will include the picture. If I could give 0 stars, I would. NEVER come here if your pets have any sort of anxiety, behavioral issues, or reactivity. I walked into VetIQ and the veterinarian Donna was verbally degrading the owner of a cat (who had lived indoors for its entire life) for not bringing his 7 year old cat in for routine vaccines. The veterinary staff is so poorly trained. I have never felt so accosted and judged while trying to seek care for my dog.
