Firstly, VetIQ is a great office and I'm sad to hear our closest location is closing. I came in from Nashville directly to get my dog's yearly vaccinations and to check on his limping leg. Dr. Buckler Is GREAT and has been with my dog since I got him. But the receptionist and "tech" ruined what would be my last experience with VetIQ and possibly Dr. Buckler. She refused to hold him properly despite seeing and hearing he's in pain. His nail trimming was halfway done due to her refusal to be of any help keeping him held correc... read more
Caring and friendly service! My dog came for an annual exam and vaccines. I additionally asked for a nail trim. My dog was a bit anxious and gave the staff a hard time with the nail trim but the staff was incredibly patient, kind and persistent. I am so thankful for the careful handling of my dog and great customer service. Thank you so much!
