June 17, answered the phone and told me they refuse to see me anymore as a “safety precaution”. I have never been aggressive with them, they do not like that I update this review each time they are closed and I am unable to renew the plan they sold me. So now, they continue to rip me off by refusing service. Waste your time, take your money and then tell you to go to a real vet. Nice no wait, paid a little more than expected thought
It is good for the price. Always long waits for something simple. Even when there are only 2 people. Waited over an hr with one person in front, for a nail trim. Conveniente location
