I cannot give Dr. Mitchell high enough praises!!!! She, her staff are exceptional are available for all questions and have taken excellent care of my dogs, horses and two deliveries of puppies! I would not take my animals anywhere else!
Since I can't respond to the comment left under my review here it is. The only thing I declined was blood work at my morning appointment. I told staff I'd monitor him and if he doesn't improve I'll call back and get the blood work. If Dr. Mitchell actually listened to what I was saying instead of being argumentative she would've heard me say "I'd sign the AMA" if needed. I tried to express to her I have a vet in Locust Grove, GA if his results require treatment but she kept cutting me off and making assumptions. As a dog own... read more
Wow. Is all that I have to say about this place. It's insane how 1 physician can turn a 5 star vet office into a Zero. I'll start off and say Dr. Reid and Lauren are amazing. Dr. Mitchell, I have no words. I'm in Albany on a travel assignment and my dogs regular vet couldn't take him. I needed anxiety medication for a flight for my dog and expressed I noticed he's had diarrhea and not accepting food. I got a quote for what I needed with blood work ($450) and without ($320). We have recently started to take our dogs here due to much better prices than our previous vet office we were going to. Everyone my husband and I have had encounters with here were super nice. I recommend coming here for any of your fur babies needs!
