I had a truly disappointing experience with this establishment. Their policies are simply horrible, and the way they speak to their customers is shockingly abrasive and passive-aggressive. I recently encountered a situation where I was running late due to heavy traffic, living over an hour away. During the covid era, i took my dog there to be seen. I was very happy with the treatment that was rendered. Today, I had a routine follow up appointment. I googled this place so i could drive there using my googled gps. Unfortunately, google is still reporting their old address on 2nd St. I tried calling to obtain the correct address but no answer. Manager is the most appalling person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They do not care about animals, they only care about money. They don’t care how they get that money either, or how bad they treat the customers. Highly unethical business. Go anywhere but here.

I have been going to Veterinarian Vision for many years with many dogs. Over the last few years I have definitely noticed a change especially since Dr. Easton took over the practice. Recently, my dog was treated with surgery x 2 to treat an eye ulcer. The second time she was in extreme pain. The pain med prescribed was not helping. When I called to ask for something else they were closed and their answering machine refers you to the emergency center located in her building. Dr. Easton is amazing! Kind and compassionate; listens carefully; highly knowledgeable; extremely thorough in her examinations; and remarkably accurate in diagnosing. She has a calm demeanor which helps keep the pets (and their parents!) calm. She is very patient while thoroughly going over her findings and any test results…you never feel rushed or hesitant to ask a question.
