My dog loves going to Vet Village. He gets anxious at other facilities but never at VV. That to me is everything - along with the fact they saved his life a couple of years ago - He is now over 14!!
worst place EVER! THEY DO NOTHING IN OFFICE BUT CHARGE YOU. brought our puppy in with a stool sample thinking he had worms. they didnt check the stool yet did a xray for $500 (that we didn't get results for, for 3 days and still no one has actually called to tell us about) then when the pup started puking up worms and we took them the worm and a stool sample it took another day to get told he infact has worms but had to wait hours longer before getting dewormer. and just kept being told to calm down. they said the vet would ... read more
This was my first experience with Veterinary Village, and I came here for reproductive services. Dr Greer, Dr Kowaleski, Lisa, Hollie, and every other staff member I encountered were absolutely fantastic to work with, down to the last detail. I will be back!
We were so very happy with taking our Cat here! Our experience was so great. Megan and Dr. Sherman showed the highest level of care, compassion, knowledge. They took a wonderful amount of time us, no rushing, answered all questions, were so gentle with our Cat and most understanding of our concerns. For us, the costs are high, a huge concern, however, receiving the quality of care was great. Highly recommend Megan and Dr. Sherman! Oh and follow up care is tremendous!
