The crew here is phenomenal! I have needed their services twice for my dog Nora and both times have been amazing experiences. They are professional and kind as can be and are very affectionate and attentive to your animals! Cannot recommend this place enough!
They are so professional yet kind and gentle. And big bonus they like to educate you.
We were at our lake house for the long weekend and one of our dogs tired to eat a bee and got stung in the mouth. Right from my call to the clinic (I think her name was Emily). She was caring and compassionate and we made the decision to have him seen. The tech, and the vet were amazing through the whole visit and to get an email today checking in to see how our boy was feeling was such a nice gesture and meant so much to us! Thank you Dr. Flagg and Team!
We had an emergency with our dog today and ended up calling this veterinary practice. They said come over right now and we will meet you outside, which is exactly what they did. The care and concern from the first interaction to the last was over the top wonderful. We hope never have another emergency but, this is certainly where we will go if we ever do.
While at out summer vacation home in the area our sweet dog passed away in his sleep. We were upset and unsure what to do as we had never experienced this. From the moment I called the office in tears we were met with so much kindness. The process of bringing our boy in was so easy, and they were able to help us set up cremation, and they even made 3 (free) personalized clay imprints of his paw for our kids.
