We had an emergency with our dog. The staff was amazing. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. For an emergency service they were fairly priced. Will definitely keep using them!
Edit: Dr. Flagg reached out to us directly to address these issues, which we super appreciate, bad days happen, but the fact that they immediately addressed and apologized, really changed our opinion so I am updating my rating. I want to start by saying that if your pet is having a true life-threatening emergency, I do believe they would likely take good care of them. However, I was not very happy with the experience we had during our visit today. A few positives: They were able to get us in very quickly. I live in Freedom with my 2 dogs, Chewbacca and Jersey Girl. Last week, I took Chewie to his regular vet because he's been a bit off lately. He was a really good boy during 2 rounds of bloodwork draws, so on the way home I picked up a marrow bone for a treat. (For him, not me). I gave it to him Saturday afternoon, after freezing it overnight. At 2am, I was awoken by the sounds of him vomiting profusely. He then ran to the gate, indicating the need to go out. Diarrhea. Yuck. Excellence service!! I was two hours away from my vet needed to get my Yorkie in. They took him in right away. And figure out what was wrong with him gave us medicine. I brought him Back to my daughter’s house where we were staying at that time and three hours later he ate And was feeling so much better. All the employees and veterinarian or fantastic. Highly recommend!!! 10 stars in my book!
