We brought our cat to Vetrinary Urgent Care in Dedham last night because he vomited twice within a few hours. So happy we brought him there, as the veterinarian and staff were exceptional - the care and TLC he received in their care was excellent, and the veterinarian came up with innovative and extremely helpful solutions to his complex medical issues. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly and helpful - I highly recommend this practice!
I recieved exceptional service for my tiny dog Abby. Both the surgeon (Dr. Mainini) and anesthesiologist (Greg) put me at ease, kept me posted before, during and after the procedure....and spent so much time explaining everything. I highly recommend this care center and wonderful staff.
Our 7 year old dog developed an issue over the weekend that needed immediate attention. I booked an appointment online on Monday and our dog was seen that afternoon. The staff was fantastic from reception, to the nursing staff to seeing the veterinarian. All steps of being seen were explained as well as the procedure to be administered.
