They don’t answer their phones. What’s the point of having a phone number if you’re never going to answer it anyway. I’ve left several voicemails to try and maybe get a call back but it has been radio silence from them. I’m about to move and need to get my cats shots updated and I don’t have time to stop into the office to book an appointment. I will not be using this vet. The prices on their list look good but they don’t matter if you can’t even make an appointment. Very disappointing.

Our puppy's vet visit was great. The vet, students, and tech were super attentive. Four staff members giving our puppy a lot of attention and praise made me a little jealous that my medical caregivers have never treated me as nicely.

We recently had to have our dog of 16 years put to sleep and the Hickam vet provided the best possible experience for both my dog and my family. They were kind, considerate and thought of all the little things. They even made a clay paw print so that my kids would have a small token to remember the dog by. I can't imagine a better vet for such a shitty day.
