This was waynesville st robert shelter. My dog was taken and dropped off in ft leonardwood. They treated her like a princess and getting her back was a breeze.
The staff here was so nice, and I was happy that wait times were not as long as I had been told to expect. My dog got great care and it was worth the slightly high price tag.
The VTF has taken care of our pets for years, from puppies and kittens through the last days of our seniors. The care is wonderful, and the doctors take the time to explain and educate along the way.
If I could recommend 0 stars I really would. The civilian staff is super unprofessional and unprepared. My wife and I get told a price and then it jumps up. It's a government shutdown and Soldiers still need to get their animals taken care of, but they're unwilling to work with you (after they hike up the price up at the desk.)
