Won’t even call my Active Duty Soldier back after a phone call, during which they were very dismissive!The online printed, filled & faxed application with request for an appointment completely ignored after 4+ weeks!!! You should be ashamed of disregarding your service men & women needs!
I had a great experience at this location. I didn’t know much about everything required before PCSing with my dogs, but the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed for my pets to travel with me. At one point, when I didn’t fully understand something, they even tried to explain it in my first language, which meant a lot to me.”
