If I could leave 10 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in I could tell that this place was different. It was calmer and cozier than any vets office I’ve ever stepped into. I was extremely scared and nervous; as my 13yo pom had never had any serious health issues and I found myself at VCSS for a consult to remove a lump on her liver. Great experience. The entire staff were very friendly. Dr. John was caring and knowledgeable and explained intricate details in a way that was easy for us to understand. Highly recommend!
