Our 5 year old lab, Misha, had TPLO on both knees and the care she received here was top notch. Dr. Collins is very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in this procedure and caring for Misha as she recovered. I will say, recovery is rough. But Dr. Collins and her staff were always available when we had questions or concerns about her care. I cannot recommend Dr. Collins and her team at Veterinary Surgical Services enough. We are about 12 months post-op and Misha runs around and plays like she was never injured at all.
Dr. Collins is a fantastic surgeon. She did a beautiful job removing a large thyroid tumor from my 12 yo Springer-poodle, he's a happy boy, 2 weeks out! Great teamwork with her staff, whose follow up was much appreciated, and with our primary vet, Dr. Orr. Wonderful people-Thank you!
My guy Summit had tplo 8 weeks ago, went for his X-rays and is healing wonderfully. In such a scary surgery Dr. Collins and her team provide light. Thank you so very much for getting my boy back in the game! See you in another month for tplo in leg #2! Update: 2nd tplo finished and he recovered even quicker than the first time! Cant thank Dr. Collins and her team enough. Very professional, and exceptional at what they do. Thank you for giving me my crazy guy back!
