My recent encounter with the Veterinary surgery center of Sarasota, left me utterly dissatisfied, and ashamed how they operate. The lack of communication was astounding; I felt like I was left in the dark throughout the entire process, with no heads up of what future appointments and charges will be presented. 10 stars!! Words cannot describe our gratitude. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Dr. Rose was excellent. Everyone took care of our 13-year-old puppy and checked on him even after his discharge. They truly care about our baby that suffered from a ruptured gallbladder. The staff and Dr. Rosedr responded to all our questions and concerns even late at night. Thank you for saving Billy!!! Thank you to ALL the VCS staff, Dr . Rose and Brittney Rose.
