I had the deep misfortune of bringing my fully insured cat to this “clinic” it’s much too long a story for here and is currently under investigation by the BBB. The next step in the process, according to the BBB is for me to contact ‘Barbara’ but she has been unavailable. I am going to have to reach out to them to get the names of the vets involved to start a court proceeding. Yes, it was just that bad. ( my cat is alive, btw, but not because of any treatment at this clinic.)
